COAs; Specifications; Substitutions
Certificates of Analysis (COAs) are provided for identity/purity only and do not imply safety or efficacy for clinical/consumer use. Minor appearance variations can occur and are not non-conformities. We may ship a different lot meeting the same specification when necessary; COAs are batch-specific and may vary.
Governing Law; Arbitration; Class-Action Waiver
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida (without regard to conflicts rules). Mandatory arbitration: any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms or the products shall be resolved by binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules in Orange County, Florida. Either party may seek individualized relief in small-claims court or injunctive relief for IP misuse. Class actions are waived—all claims must be brought on an individual basis.
Opt-Out: You may opt out of arbitration within 30 days of first agreeing to these Terms by emailing support@peptenza.com with subject “Arbitration Opt-Out” and your name/order number.
